Clinical Supervision
Deepen Your Practice  Beyond Techniques:
A Reflective, Relational and Depth-Oriented Approach

While interventions are an important part of therapy, they can sometimes overshadow the opportunity to remain curious and explore, alongside the client, the deeper dynamics underlying their experiences.

I provide clinical supervision grounded in Existential and Somatic therapies, with a specialized focus on Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET). My approach supports you in moving beyond technique-driven practice to develop deeper insight into the client, the therapeutic relationship, and your own responses within the work.

Some of the most meaningful insights emerge when we resist the urge to rush toward answers.

It is often through curiosity and reflection d deeper understanding can emerge. Together we explore the client’s experience, what makes sense within its broader context and the ways our own experiences may influence our understanding. In doing so, supervision becomes a space to deepen clinical insight and reflective practice.

I May Be a Fit For You if You:

  • Prioritize deep relational exploration.
  • Seek reflective, collaborative inquiry.
  • Value a depth-oriented approach to practice.
  • Value a holistic, mind-body integration.
