Our Return Policy
At Enspired Living, we strive to provide thoughtfully designed products and quality service. Due to the limited and curated nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the circumstances outlined below.
Apparel
Apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless:
- the item arrives damaged;
- the item is defective; or
- you receive an incorrect item.
To be eligible for review, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact Enspired Living within 7 days of receiving your order.
Pens
All pen purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, and electronic content, all digital purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once access has been provided.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
Enspired Living reserves the right to review all claims and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit at our discretion. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Enspired Living within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by Enspired Living.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
