Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Enspired Living operates primarily as an online store based in South Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Orders are shipped primarily through Canada Post. Alternative carriers may be used when necessary.

Current apparel shipping rates are:

  • $10 within Ontario
  • $15 within Canada

Shipping rates are subject to change and may vary depending on order size, weight, destination, and product type.

Pens currently ship at no additional charge within Canada.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In-Person Pickup

In-person pickup may be available by appointment only in South Etobicoke, Ontario. Customers selecting pickup will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Enspired Living is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Enspired Living within 7 days of delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Enspired Living is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
