Coaching is a non therapy focused available to individuals who are looking to develop or strengthen their skills and strengths in areas of academic, career or their personal lives. This is not therapy and we will not be looking at past influences.  There is a high degree of personal accountability and participation required of you for this process to work.  If you are looking to address non therapy specific issues then this may be a fit for you. Sessions are available as packages of 6 sessions.
