Lead from within, and your life becomes a reflection of your truest self
You've built a successful career, but success doesn't feel like it used to. You go through the motions at work, say yes when you mean no, and avoid the difficult conversations you know you need to have.
There's a nagging feeling that you're not living authentically anymore. You question your career choices, your priorities, even your relationships. The person you used to be feels distant, but the thought of figuring out who you're becoming feels overwhelming.
You're stuck between a life that no longer fits and a future you can't quite envision. You know something needs to change, but you don't know where to start
What you are experiencing is a signal that something fundamental has shifted.
This, my friend, is one of those moments for you to get curious about.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re feeling stuck, questioning your life decisions, or wondering what’s next, I’m here to help. Through Self-Leadership Coaching, we’ll explore what’s possible—so you can make intentional, values-driven choices that align with who you are and how you want to live.
It’s about learning to trust yourself again and taking the lead in your own life.
This isn’t traditional coaching focused only on goals and check-ins. My approach helps you:
Self-leadership starts with one choice: to stop living by default and start leading by design.
It's about learning to trust yourself again and take the lead in your own life.
Self-leadership coaching helps you to:
We start where you are to determine the most optimal pathway designed for you:
You'll gain tools that fit your life and the clarity and confidence to lead yourself intentionally in all areas of life.
In times of great uncertainty, you may find it hard to manage competing priorities. This can challenge your ability to navigate the world today. Self-leadership supports you to own your choices. It helps you live by your priorities and discover new possibilities.
I've designed my coaching pathway around four essential pillars that support this pathway.
1. Self-Awareness: We start by exploring who you are. We assess and identify patterns that shape your worldview. This helps clarify your values, triggers, and motivations.
2. Self-Influence: We identify your resources and obstacles in your life. We examine different areas of your life. This helps us identify the right conditions for lasting change to develop.
3. Self-Direction: Building your capacity to navigate challenges involves discomfort and change. You will define your priorities and develop self-management skills to navigate challenges. You’ll go from operating on autopilot to being more intentional. This change helps you make choices that align with your values.
4. Self-Accountability: We identify tools and routines that will support your goals. You will implement and assess the changes you have across all areas of life.
